It’s (officially) Fall, ya’ll!! And crazy enough, it has actually felt like it here in South Carolina this week! It normally stays hot here until the end of November, but I’ve been loving the surprise cold front! I’ve been dressing for Fall for weeks now, and it’s so nice to get dressed without sweating (ha!) Anyway, ya’ll know how much I love cooking and trying new recipes, so switching gears a bit today – I’ve been all over Pinterest saving some tasty Fall recipes that I can’t wait to try, and wanted to share a few on here!

Copycat Panera Autumn Squash Soup / recipe via asimplepalate.com

I LOOOVE the Panera Autumn Squash Soup, so I was pretty excited to find this recipe – it looks super easy too! This velvety soup is made in a slow cooker with butternut squash, pumpkin, classic Fall seasonings, then garnished with pumpkin seeds (just like Panera’s!) There is always something so comforting about a hot bowl of soup, and butternut squash is one of my all time favorite ingredients to cook with in the Fall.

Fall Brussel Sprouts Quinoa Salad / recipe via emilieeats.com

I love a quinoa bowl, and how pretty does this one look? So colorful! This salad is made with all the goods: brussel sprouts, pecans, pomegranate, butternut squash, quinoa, and a tangy dressing. YUM! This would be a perfect healthy holiday side dish, and I bet it’s amazing leftover too!

Cranberry Rosemary One Pan Chicken / recipe via 40aprons.com

I cook a lot of chicken, so I’m always looking for new chicken rescues to try! This looks like a perfect easy (and healthy!) weeknight dinner to cozy up with. Made with cranberries, rosemary, and white wine – the marinade can be made the day before to save even more time. Bonus points that it’s a one-pan dish – I am all about minimal dishes to clean!

Butternut Squash Pasta / recipe via acedarspoon.com

Talk about the ultimate comfort dish!! This recipe combines butternut squash and sausage with freshly grated parmesan and a butternut sage cream sauce. Are you drooling yet!? I’m not normally a big pasta fan, but there are so many good flavors going on here that I could probably eat three bowls.

Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls / recipe via littlespicejar.com

My husband loves cinnamon rolls, and I’ve never made them from scratch! These look WAY better than the kind that come in a can haha – definitely on my list to try soon! These cinnamon rolls are filled with cinnamon, brown sugar, apples and caramel and then topped with apple cider caramel sauce and pecans. Dreamy!!
