Simple Fall Transition Look

August 27, 2018

This time of the year is weird to dress for – it’s chilly in the mornings and SO HOT in the afternoons. Fall is right around the corner, and I’m starting to add pieces to my wardrobe to transition between the seasons. I wore this super simple outfit last weekend, and it was the perfect combination to wear from morning to night. You could easily recreate this look with clothing you already have in your closet, but I’ll do a breakdown of each piece below in case you’re interested!

I’ve had these jeans for over a year, and they are hands down for my most comfortable pair of jeans. They’re high waisted and have a good amount of stretch, so size down if you want them to fit tight! Luckily this exact pair is still available, so you can grab them now – highly recommend!!

My cami is a recent purchase, and I’ve already worn it multiple times since I got it! It’s such a staple that can be worn on it’s own or under a cardigan, jacket, or a blazer for work. The lace detailing on the neckline give it a feminine look, and I love that it’s not low cut.  I have this in a couple colors because ya’ll know I love my basics, especially at a good price!

These booties look just like the Vince Camuto ones, but they are a fraction of the price! They’re the perfect height, super comfortable, and go with everything!

A blanket scarf is one of my favorite accessories for fall – I love the versatility! You can wear it as a wrap, multiple ways as a scarf, or even use it as a blanket. These are great for traveling, especially on planes! So cozy and functional. This exact scarf is sold out right now, but I will link a few similar ones for you below.

My clutch is a go-to when I’m not carrying my beloved Speedy bag haha. For a clutch it holds a good amount which is definitely needed for me! The blush pink goes with just about everything too.

Thanks for reading! Also if you recreate this look – make sure to tag me on Instagram! I’d love to see and share it 🙂
