Happy Friday everyone!! I thought it would be fun to start a new series on the blog called “Friday Five” where every Friday for the next month or so, I’ll share 5 things from a different topic – everything from fashion to fitness or recipes.. it’ll be different each week 😉 I have a lot of great topics planned, but since it’s (finally) starting to feel like spring I’m going to kick it off with 5 spring trends that I’m loving!
- Statement Shorts (and pants and skirts): Whether it’s pearl & sequin embellishments, ruffles, stripes, flares, tulle, fringe – I’m here for it all!!
2. Hair Accessories: Return of the scrunchie!!! Not only that, but I love that hair scarves, headbands, and berets are all making a comeback this spring.
3. Clear Sandals: I love the minimalistic look of clear sandals and how they really make an outfit pop! I ordered this pair yesterday (on sale from $120 to $42) and can’t wait for them to arrive!
4. Mom Jeans: I bought these $22 mom jeans a couple weeks ago and I have been obsessed! I love wearing them with a bodysuit and heels to make a “dressed up” casual look.
5. Snakeskin Print: Move over leopard (not really – I still love my leopard!!) but snakeskin is in the picture this year and I love it!! I started small with a clutch but it’s slowly starting to take up more of my wardrobe.. and I’m totally ok with that.
